General Terms

JJ Kavanagh & Sons cannot accept any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property.
Passengers should be aware of our stop locations and departure times. Please endeavor to arrive at your stop at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Whilst every effort is made to adhere to our stated departure times, sometimes services may be affected by factors outside our control such as traffic, weather or other events.
Strictly no alcohol to be consumed or carried on board the coach
Passengers are to wear their seat belts at all times and are to remain seated until the coach has come to a complete stop.
The driver reserves the right to refuse admission onto the coach.

Online Booking

Customers can only purchase tickets for the (736) Waterford – Dublin Airport service, (735) Shannon Airport – Dublin Airport service and (717) Clonmel – Airport service. JJ Kavanagh & Sons is working hard to keep expanding this facility in the future. When this facility is being rolled out on other services you will receive communications from us informing you.
Single tickets purchased through the online booking facility are only valid on the day and journey time for which they are purchased. Tickets are non-transferable to other journey times or dates of travel.
Return tickets are only valid on the journey time on which they are purchased and similarly the return element of the ticket is only valid for the journey time selected. Tickets are non-transferable to other journey times or dates of travel.
Family tickets can ONLY be purchased online. You cannot buy them from the driver as your getting on the bus or other ticket sellers.
All tickets purchased through the JJ Kavanagh & Sons online booking facility are non-refundable.
It is the customer’s responsibility to have a pre-printed copy of their e-ticket available for scanning; or to have access to it on their mobile phone in a format suitable for scanning.
Tickets that are bought at a discounted price will not be entitled to a refund.

You will receive your booking confirmation via email. This must be either printed before travel or e-ticket downloaded on your smartphone, and presented on-board to the bus driver before departure.
Customers must travel on the date and time specified, and from point of origin selected when purchasing their 10% off online.
Tickets have to be used by October 31st 2016 and cannot be carried over this date.

Amendment of Terms

Our service range will constantly keep expanding in the future. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify and amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to users (on our services pages) at least 7 days before the change or new terms and conditions become effective.
